Since 2016, she has been an entrepreneur and a strong voice for sustainability.

She is involved in Penang Green Council for the Penang Green Agenda movement. Joyline is also a member representing her organisation CSO-SDG Alliance, which is the secretariat for APPGM-SDG (ALL-PARTY PARLIAMENTARY GROUP MALAYSIA (APPGM) – SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDG)

Joyline is a sustainability consultant to numerous SMEs and a speaker at various universities on Sustainable Development Goals.

Her major appearance as a sustainability speaker is at the 2019 Malaysia SDG Summit, the 2019 Asia Pacific University Community Engagement in Network, the 2021 Malaysia SDG Youth Summit, and a notable speaker at Bursa Malaysia Academy.
